Join ALWS at St Luke’s Lutheran Church, Guinea St, Albury for a special Asante event! This is a free event, we ask that you please register for safety and catering purposes. You’ll get to hear from special guest, Mary Obara, you’ll also enjoy songs from Dorothy and Robin Mann, stories from ALWS staff, friendly fellowship and delicious refreshments.
Mary Obara is program manager for your ALWS work in Kakuma and Dadaab Refugee Camps in Kenya, and Displaced Persons Camps in Somalia. Mary will take you right up close to the joys and challenges of caring for people who have lost everything. You’ll be inspired and encouraged, and see how precious you are.
Starting at 3.30pm for afternoon tea, followed by the presentation at 4pm
