Cookinburra Songs of Praise

An afternoon of hymn singing, in the bush setting of Cookinburra Community Church (not far from the Barnawartha Fwy turn off). You are invited to suggest a favourite hymn and your selection of 2 verse (first and last, or whatever). The event is followed by a typical country-style afternoon tea, and great fellowship with locals and those from far and wide.

This is a local tradition going back thirty years, as a way of getting Christians to worship together, from all the different churches, united around lovely hymns of faith and devotion.
