This Indian Vindaloo curry dish is very flexible, you can use pork, chicken, beef, lamb or prawns. It’s a bit different to a regular curry as the meat is cooked or marinated with vinegar and is extra spicy. You can adjust the quantity of chilli powder to how hot you like your Vindaloo. I’ve made this dish to my family’s taste buds but you may like it even hotter.

Easy Chicken Curry

This is the perfect mid-week family meal. Easy Chicken Curry is simple, tasty, quick to make and not overly spicy, making it suitable for your children (but of course you can increase the chilli powder to your own taste). You may like to add your favourite vegetables to the curry but I like to serve it as is, over cauliflower rice with steamed broccoli on the side.

This slice is kid-friendly and can be served hot or chilled with salad. It’s also the perfect healthy breakfast on the run and being nut-free it’s suitable for school lunchboxes.

Peppermint Slice

This raw slice has a nutty, chocolate base with a lovely light textured peppermint top. When served straight from the fridge, you get to enjoy the light and fluffy topping full of flavour but in hot weather, you may like it served half-frozen. 3 different nuts are used in the slice to give you a variety of different minerals, healthy fats and to create flavour.
